QUALITY CONTROL

Millennium Company maintains a high standard of Quality Control for our accounts in a variety of ways:


ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES

Your Account Representative is personally responsible for the Quality Control of your location. Your Representative is available through our office on a twenty-four hour basis.
If you need to reach your Representative other than our normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m., he/she is available by answering services or home phone and Cell-phone.
Your Representative knows the importance of handling your needs immediately.


ACCOUNT LOG BOOK

Each account (if requested) is given a log book, which facilitates communications between you and your janitor regarding minor requests. More important questions or concerns should be addressed by telephone to your Representative.


ON-SITE INSPECTIONS

Your Representative will conduct inspections of your location to insure the quality of work is performed to your satisfaction. The inspections will vary depending on the need, And this can be done 1 time per month.


QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

A Quality Control Manager phones once a month (more in the early stages) to insure that quality service is being rendered. This is optional, as some customers would prefer to call us if there is a need.


QUALITY QUESTIONNAIRE

On a monthly basis, you will receive with your billing, a short evaluation card to express your feelings regarding the service. We appreciate your comments. We are in the people business and we know from years of experience that people are not perfect. Therefore, our Quality Control program was developed to insure our clients the highest degree of excellence possible. It is to this goal of excellence that MILLENNIUM TEAM IS COMMITTED.
